About CrossFit Benedictus

CrossFit Benedictus began as “Box Pax Tecum' in the basement of the home of Bruce & Cindy Carroll in 2013.  What began as a small group of friends training together organically outgrew the capacity of their basement and backyard.

Affiliating with CrossFit, Inc in the spring of 2016, we moved into our commercial property in October the same year. We are named in honor of St Benedict, the Father of Western Culture; our logo even has the OSB “insignia” within its kettlebell.

We offer professional, top notch, individualized training in a class setting with all our trainers holding CrossFit Level I (or higher) Certifications. We have gender segregated classes and a Roman Catholic culture and mindset; this gives our members a greatly supportive and mutually caring environment in which to improve themselves.
