| The class warm up will begin promptly at the posted time so please be punctual. If you are late for the warm up and the instructional part at the beginning class, your coach has the right to disallow participation in that class. These are essential for safety and performance. Minimum of Four (4) athletes per 550 AM Class; Minimum of Three (3) athletes for all the other classes. If the minimum is not met at 6 PM the day before the WOD, CrossFit Benedictus reserves the right to cancel the class. During the winter, CrossFit Benedictus will close the morning classes when USD 321 is closed due to weather; on these 'bad' weather days, stay tuned to the website for afternoon closing updates. |
